"Honestly, I was trying to get into the gym and lose those extra pounds I gained during college. I started at 193 pounds and got down to 176 pounds. I lost a total of 17 pounds. It’s hard to say those numbers out loud, but the progress pics show it all. It changed my life and got me feeling way more confident with my body. The workout plans were easy to follow and fun. The workouts are challenging and it gave me that extra confidence to know what I’m actually doing at the gym. I recommend this to anyone who really wants to change their life for the better. "Dude I love the plans that you provided me with! The two a day plan was amazing! I lost 20 pounds with this program. I went from 208 pounds to 188 pounds, I felt amazing in the program and honestly the diet that I was given was smooth af! This program changed my life and helped me realize I can get my body to do anything with a little bit of discipline. It gave me that confidence that I was looking for. "When I saw Jared was doing workout programs i immediately jumped at the opportunity. I always saw how hard he worked in his videos and I wanted something that was challenging for me when I go into my freshman year of college playing softball. I started at 197 lbs and I kept trying to find ways to lose the weight I've gained. The workouts were challenging and helped me improve my speed and performance in softball. I lost a total of 13 pounds! Commitment and discipline is what it took!"

​“I loved it! I started March 26 at 138 pounds and ended May 7th 132 pounds. I Honestly saw a difference in my stomach and abdomen, and my arms too which was my main concern! Also a change in my hamstrings and quads! All in all I dropped 6 pounds since March til about now and I lost inches as well as body mass index. "When I started I was at 120lbs 21.9% body fat I believe and I am 118lbs and 19.8% body. Lets start with my glutes, they definitely started to perk up and get more toned which was one of my goals. I am most impressed by my triceps as it was a goal of mine to tone them up but I did not think in 6 weeks or so they would have changed so drastically. Jared’s program pushed me in ways I couldn’t push myself! I appreciate that! Looking forward to the summer shred program 💪🏼"
